I love Pinterest for the visual luoyat. It does suck you in quite quickly. I start out looking for therapy ideas and land up pinning recipes for dessert tomorrow (and I never even make dessert).

Other leftover ideas – Turkey Tetrazzini, Turkey Pot Pie (make this with leftover mashed potatoes or mashed sweet potatoes and leftover veggies, Turkey Chili (use leftover veggies), turkey and cranberry paninis, heat turkey slices in leftover gravy and serve on toast (use the leftover bread). Use the potatoes for potato pancakes or gnocchi. Use the leftover stuffing to top casseroles. Use the leftover vegetables in a quiche, frittata, or vegetable soup.

Do you have any suggestions?
